Your Excellency!


I appeal to You with a complaint about the crimes of representative
of Council of Europe in Ukraine, Mister Oke Peterson, citizen of
Sweden, on behalf of my client, Mister Mark Ben-Naim . I ask You to
send this complaint persons, competent to investigate crimes in
Sweden.

1. My client is a public man and a journalist in Ukraine. He
participates in Ukrainian various human rights projects. He is a
lawyer for the specialty.
2. Some time ago my client learned that Mr. Oke Peterson did not
perform his duties
at the Council of Europe representative office in Ukraine, promotes
corruption in the judicial and law enforcement Systems of Ukraine.
3. My client had applied the suit to the Court of Ukraine against Mr.
Oke Peterson, as Mr. Oke Peterson doesn`t perform his duties.
4. My client asserts that after an appeal in a Court of Ukraine, he
got threats from the office of Mr. Oke Peterson, pressure on a
District Administrative Court in Crimea.
5. My client asserts that this question lighted up in the press in
Ukraine and also became
the theme of the mass meetings of different public organizations
near the office of Mr. Oke Peterson.
6. As my client and many other members of public organization, which
he participates in,
expose to pursuits in Ukraine for a human rights activity, I ought to
send this appeal.
7.I ask law enforcement authorities of Sweden to meet Mr. Mark Ben-
Naim and other persons, which he will specify for the reception of all
necessary documents and detailed information.
