Euromaidan SOS: незаконні затримання активістів Росією/ unlawful detention of activists by Russia

UKR Євромайдан SOS у співпраці із Адвокатська Дорадча група, World Organisation Against Torture у Брюсселі та Центром сприяння міжнародного захисту у Страсбурзі почали направляти скарги рідних незаконно затриманих представників громадянського суспільства (активістів, журналістів, волонтерів) до Європейського суду з прав людини та Робочої групи ООН з насильницьких чи недобровільних зникнень. Наразі в базі Євромайдан SOS 154 особи, які станом на зараз перебувають в ув'язнені на окупованих територіях, або ж їхнє місцезнаходження невідоме.

ENG Euromaidan SOS initiative in collaboration with the Advocacy Advisory Group, the World Organization Against Torture (Brussels, Belgium) and the Center for International Defense Assistance (Strasbourg, France), have started to file complaints from relatives of illegally detained civil society representatives (activists, journalists, volunteers) to the European Court of Human Rights and the UN Working Group on enforced or involuntary disappearances. Currently, there are 154 people in the Euromaidan SOS database who are currently in prison in the occupied territories, or whose whereabouts are unknown
