Basically because of Pavel Durov may manipulate block or freeze or move
that surrogate crypto assets from one account on another without any
responsibility for doing that, it is totally absent or minor present all
of the mechanisms embedded into Bit-Coin and other regular
crypto-currencies.

his TON it is a crypto-assest, using uncertainty about definition what

Bitcoins offers no regulation for volatility when only maraud and
malicious regulation is available fro standard money. But at least

So indeed TON is a surrogate electronic currency personally managed by
Pavel Durov without any scum protection (legal or technological) from

Yuschenko, when initially I only required Yuschenko to commit reforms,
preventing his corruption. It were days when Zelenski who is president
