Meaninghful drive names

I am gradually getting familiar with Ubuntu/Gnome on a dual boot Windows XP
computer (XP due to be wiped once I am happy with Linux). I need to access
data (and some programs via Wine) on the FAT 32 drives (2 physical and 4
logical) but can not find a way to get Linux to display a meaningful
name/symbol when I mount them. I find 4 drives all called Local Drive too
time consuming - any ideas please?
