setting table header height

Hi there again,

Is it possible to set the table header height?  From what I can tell it seems hardcoded to

17 pixels.  I've tried to pass "headerHeight" and "_headerHeight" to the view, but without

success.

Also, is it possible to disable the header?

The value is hard-coded around line 6375: this._headerHeight = 17;
