How to easily create a form

Is it possible to create complete forms with uki,
or must i create a form element and then attach a uki view to this
form?

or is it possible to get the value of all form elements within a view
as simple object
that i can easily convert to json?

if not this would be a great feature to add

For newbies like me it would indeed be very valuable to be able to see an example of a basic submittable form built with UKI views. Has anyone done one that they could share with us?
