UKHASnet Hack Weekend 2015

Hi all,

For the last few days there have been discusssions about organising a UKHASnet hack weekend where we get together to work on a particular project. The current thoughts are to head down to Southampton (where there is the highest density of UKHASnet team members) for 2 days. The aim would be Saturday development and construction and then Sunday deployment. One area we would need to work is getting permission to install nodes in particular places so any contacts we could use would be great.

There have been a couple of suggestions of projects we could work on including making a link down the solent to the Isle of Wight or bridging the New Forest. I've started a Wiki page to details thoughts and plans etc.

Hey all,

The IRC conversation is going towards Southampton as the weekend location and more accurately Room 59/1257 in the Uni (which we'd need to book). I've started a doodle to start collecting potential dates.
