UKHASnet Hackweekend 2016

Hey all,

After the success of the summer UKHASnet hackweekend I've been looking into organising another event. The current thoughts are going for somewhere from Fri-Sun/Mon, onsite self-catering accommodation, relatively easy to get to etc.

I've found http://www.kingsmanorfarm.com/kings_orchard.html (on the Isle of Wight) - what do people think about a weekend in March, looking at 2015 prices it would be £575 - if we had 10 people it would be £57 each for 3 nights. Then do a big supermarket shop for food an stuff. Its got internetz/wifi and real beds and it suprisingly close to where we were last time...

What do people think? Would there be sufficient interest? If there is we'd need 1/2 as deposit on booking.

Hey all

So currently got 7 people with interest, looks like 11-13th March or 18th -20th March would be best. Looking at the website they have released their 2016 prices so it'll be £575 for 3nights. Ideally we'd get up to 10 people and could probably accommodate 12 max.

Anyone else keen for a weekend of ukhasnet hacking on IoW?

Please could anyone else who is interested sign up to the doodle poll, need to start making efforts to book the place and so will need to put down a deposit. Still just looking to know who is interested, not a full commitment.
