UKHAS Membership Take 2

A couple of months ago I proposed to have a form of subscription of £1
per month (so £12 per year) for those who wanted to subscribe, I've
looked into getting a UKHAS paypal account, they do non-profit
accounts however they require tax documentation etc to prove that we
are real - which is quite a bit of effort. I'm not sure what the
solution is, one is to use someone's paypal account (a treasurer ) who
is we'd have to trust (if anything would go wrong we'd just have to
aim to have our parachuteless payloads go through his/her greenhouse
(joke!)) Any other suggestions of methods of sorting this out please
feel free to chip in.
Other things that were proposed was a newletter, perhaps some
t-shirts/launch crew baseball caps and maybe even a badger. It might
also be worth having one or two roles such as a President and also a
Treasurer. Overall it would be nice to have more of a substantial body
which keeps an eye of things and also organise events perhaps its time
for a UKHAS 2 mission where people can tag on various experiments that
they've been thinking of.
So, those who want to get involved please get in touch, if there is
sufficient interest then I'll look into sorting out some elections and
working out what to do with these subscriptions...
