Trouble with raspi flextrak code and camera

I have been working on making my first project come true. But, I have run into some concerning problems. The camera doesn't seem to appear and there seems to be an error in the code I am using which is from Dave Akerman, I was wondering if any of you with more experience could have a zoom meeting with me so I can describe my problems with more detail and find more concrete solutions.
