wspr decoding?

I'm trying to decode balloons on wspr. 
now im used to using  wspr,ft8,etc. But i dont seem to pick up the balloons i get everything else.
at moment Im trying to rx  GJ0TEN-10 on 20m wspr and nothing. this is on many  balloons on wspr i just dont seem to rx them.
have i got something wrong, here is my screen shot

What sort of antenna are you using? A Pico balloon is likely to be transmitting only 10 or 13 dBm. The stations you are reporting are using much higher power and it's possible your rig is just not picking up the weaker signal from a balloon. I can't think of any other reason.

Hi, I agree with with John, looking at your pics it all seems to be setup correctly, so two things I note is that you are on the outer perimiter of LOS from the balloon making it really weak, and secondly when I looked up the tx freq of the balloon it was transmitting in the absolute middle of the wspr bandpass where the majorety of signals are, so being a weak 10db signal in that enviroment its not easy, it will be hard to pick up even with a decent antenna and low noise floor, so when I do wspr balloons I prefer to put my tx at the band edge or even a few hz out where there much less traffic and will be much easier to rx.
