Hey All,
The payload has been found in a field near to Sées in Northern France,
recovery is being worked out! The flight was really good, travelled
419km and reached about 30km altitude and flew for 6hrs 15mins . While
the ballast doesn't appear to have been dropped we learnt a lot about
ballast sensors and tanks and the plan is to rebuild and fly again
with some more sensible logic. Also we were able to test the range of
a 10mW transmitter with M6DGE picking up strings at 425km! Thanks
again for all the help!

Hey all,
Just a quick update BallastHalo3 has been recovered and is now in the
hands of F1USE - just organising postage back to the UK.
Also work has begun on BallastHalo 4! The plan is to improve on 3 and
actually get some working ballast tanks :-p
