Learned that I can't spell uKenbak

Well, after trying a few times, figured out I didn’t know to spell Kenbak.

Anyhow, rebuilding my late and trying to get Blinken Lights up on the Kenback.
I tried programming from the front panel, but figured there must be a shortcut.
There is STOP + Bit 5.
Problem is, that doesn’t work for some reason on mine.
Or maybe I just can’t remember how to make that work.
I hold down bit 5 and press stop. I release both.
Nothing.
Ok, I hold down stop and press bit 5.
Nothing.

Maybe my firmware is old?
I got this from AdWaterAndStir a while ago.
Figuring I’m being stupid or I need to update the firmware.
Not shy in doing an update.

STOP+Bit5 loads the program.

But then you do need to hit START to run it.

Unless there's a fault.  Do STOP and Bit5 work on their own?

Eventually that worked.

Not really sure whats going on.

It’s not consistent. 

I boot the device, get the animation.

Press and hold stop.

Press bit 5

Release both

Hit start 

Sometimes it works, mostly it doesn’t.

What’s magic sauce that I’m missing?

I would bet that one of your buttons is intermittent, probably the STOP button.  It should work every single time.
