yes, this is the aluminum AZERTY (French or French-based) ISO keyboard, with the extra key left to W in your case (it is Z on U.S. ISO and Y on the QWERTZ or German or German-based physical keyboard). This means that, if you open U.S. keylayout and choose the U.S. keyboard (ANSI, not ISO), you will get the display you mentioned. If you open the French keylayout, it will probably match your physical keyboard. The physical keyboards sold in various countries of the world follow the local display of the keys and they match the keylayout usual in that country. This does not mean you cannot use any other physical keyboard, including a non-Apple one, just that there is an optical lack of comfort, as the keylayout may be (radically) different from what you see on the keys on the physical keyboard, i.e. you must memorize the discrepancies between the keylayout and the actual keys. The discrepancy is maximal if you activate, say, a Cyrillic keyboard or Korean or any other non-Latin keylayout.
I do not know if what I have written solves your problems, please come back and explain. If you have a physical AZERTY (French) keyboard and you are not familiar with it, it is obvious that this may be a problem; or, if you are familiar with it, if you activate U.S. keylayout or any other U.S.-based keylayout, you will feel uncomfortable. Now, what is your problem, once these problems are hopefully clear?
