Hi Courtenay, I have been meaning to contact you about the book I already have. I started off very enthusiastically, but then it fell by the wayside as I have been struggling with a bad hip, and eventually had a hip replacement. So I still have the book, am unlikely to finish it and write the required review, so what would you like me to do with it? All the best, Nirved
