Dear UK Coalition members,
Please see below details for joining a Thunderclap online to mark and support World Leprosy Day on Sunday 23 February.
For those of you who may be new to ‘Thunderclaps’ it’s a bit like an online flash mob, where the same message of support is shared at the same time on a variety of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr etc.
You can click on the ‘join us now’ link in the email below to learn more on how to sign up.
Best wishes,
Aparna

Subject: NNN: Request to support us on World Leprosy Day - ending disabilities in children through leprosy
Dear NNN colleagues,
I would be very grateful if you could share this Thundeclap request through your networks
Thank you.

Sunday 29 February is World Leprosy Day and ILEP is using this opportunity to call for an end to disabilities in children with leprosy. You can read more about our
preparations
here.
To raise greater awareness of the fact that in 2017 children are still being disabled by a curable disease, ILEP
is organizing a Thunderclap and
we need you help! We need you, your partners, colleagues and friends to make some noise about this forgotten disease. So please
join us now,
by using your (organisation’s and personal) Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr accounts. It takes only 10 seconds to join!
The Thunderclap will be sent on Friday 27 January @ 12pm CET, ahead of Sunday’s World Leprosy Day.
Thank you for your support!
Tanya Wood
