New version available (3.1)

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce version 3.1 of UKB, which can be found at:

http://ixa2.si.ehu.es/ukb/ukb_3.1.tgz

The main change in this version is the inclusion of a set of end-to-end scripts (under the "wsdeval/" directory) for replicating the results of UKB on the WSD Unified Evaluation Framework (http://lcl.uniroma1.it/wsdeval/), as reported in [1].
