We used all relations in WordNet to create the graph, but distribute
gloss relations in a separate file. [1] contains WordNet 3.0 plus gloss
relations. [2] contains again WordNet 3.0 + gloss relations, but also
contains WordNet 1.7 + Extended WordNet relations. Look at the
respective README files.

Moreover, there are some scripts under "scripts/" that automatically
extract UKB relation files given a WordNet official distribution. You
can hack the script to filter out some relations if needed.
