Hi Jaap,

BIA is Rzeszow/Jasionka in Poland on 474 kHz (these have a 1020 Hz pitch, so the ID appears 1020 Hz above and below the carrier).

A good source for identifying Non Directional Beacons is at the REU online database:  http://www.classaxe.com/dx/ndb/reu

Hi Jan,

There are a number of them with this callsign, if it's the one on 474.5 kHz, then that one comes from Darlowo in Poland.

Sorry Jaap, I forgot RP, there is one listed on 477.0 kHz which is located at Malachy-Kuchyna.
