i would have a look into how much they charge you for the customer helpline
with an online tariff, as i have heard the O2 charge 50p/min for their
helpline if you are on an online tariff!

i think the only catch is a 12 month contract, i am on the 200 mins and 500
texts 1, i think their just competing with o2 online, it all ends on the
31st jan anyway, so i'd get in their now. and customer services is free like
always, and 0800 are too :)

I can think of one tariff on Orange where calls to 150 are charged @ 10p
flat rate - OVP Virgin.

O2 Online now use an 0870 National number.

No catch, except for the less than impressive free phone. Ask how
much a recent model would cost on upgrade - should be only £30 or so
for the likes of a Nokia 6230.
