how to decode sccp messages?

Dear All
Can you please let me know how can I decode sccp messages , like the following ?
SCCP <== MTP3. UDT Message Unit data[147->22], SLS=04, NetID=2, msglen=50 [37m
SrcAddr: SPC=00346D SSN=147 RI=0 GTI=4 NP=1 TT=0 GT=983419018

Which ETSI/ITU recommendations does contain the required info to decode such messages?

Maybe there's code in openBSC/openBTS that might give you a Wireshark
view of them?

Excuse me, do you mean the WireShark can decode sccp messages directly? Can you please provide more details ?

Looks like it might be incomplete

I've not looked at it, don't know what type of interface you'd need to
grab the packets? Does SCCP ever get tunneled over ethernet, or oudl you
need a channelised E1 card of some sort? I just wondered if the source
of openBSC/BTS would give you clues.

Thank you very much for your reply. What about the online decoder http://decoder.seventest.com/cgi-bin/decoder?family=SS7 ? Is it wise to try to decode the sccp hexadecimal packets via it or using wireshark is better ?
