I'm trying to find out which mobile phones have a call recorder. One that
can record both sides of a conversation. So far the only one I know for
sure is a Nokia phone running Symbian (I can buy software from Handango).

Does anyone know which phones either come with, or which phones I can buy a
recorder for?

Sony Ericcson T610 permits you to record a call. I believe a beep is sounded
periodically, to alert the other party that you're recording their call.

The SE k700 allows you to record both parts of the call- it saves it to the
phone as an amr file, which you can then upload to your computer and convert
to an mp3.

6230 has a call record facility. It does make a little beep every minute or
so, so the other end will know you're recording them...
