I'm sure there's a simple explanation but I am concerned about the

I ordered a couple of things from them, and they usually arrived a
couple of days later. They're reputable enough, I think, so try again.
Can you call them?

I ordered a few bits and pieces from them a couple of weeks ago. They took
a few days to arrive, but the credit card receipt was from a company
called Solware. Maybe m-99 are on holiday/ill etc., and the orders are
being handled by this other company.

They don't provide a phone number. I'll give it a couple more days and
then i'll get the credit card company to look into it.
Contact is via e-mail only and they say that they will reply in 48
hours.
Any other recommendations for suppliers of twin-sim carriers for a
Nokia 8310 that can deliver?

Agreed. For me it's only a tenner but I would have gladly paid a lot
more for good service. I have now lost a week and still have no
twin-sim carrier.

I emailed them twice last week to enquire about a new phone. I never got a
reply, as they dont display a phone number I decided not to deal with them.

Plus you failed to answer my emails after I received faulty goods.
I have given up on M99 (http://www.m-99.co.uk/) and have complained to
my credit card company so i'll leave it up to them to follow things up
with M99. As I said before there may be a good reason for M99 to
charge my credit and not deliver any goods and not respond to any
e-mail enquiries (which is the only way to contact them).
I ordered from Simon Birley (www.irwebonline.com) in the afternoon of
Friday 30 May and recived my goods early the next morning. Thanks

M99 used to have a different contact address on their website and I used
them a few times with no problems. It looks like it's all gone horribly
wrong after the change.
A phone number would help though so you could at least find out the status
