vodafone - t mobile texting problems

hello all,

for the past week i have had difficulty texting my friend on t-mobile off my
vodafone. i write the text out, hit send and it says message sent. However I
never get a delivery report and it never gets to my friends phone.

I dont have any problem receiving text messages from anybody or sending text
messages to anybody else including those on t-mobile.

However we have concluded that the only problem seems to be texting her
phone from a vodafone (it never gets there).

I have phoned vodafone and they said its not their problem go away, and she
spoke to t-mobile and they said its vodafones problem and told her to go
away.

does anyone know where the fault lies or better still how to fix it?

Can she receive any txt messages at all, including from other voda users ?
If not, get her to call T-Mobile and get them to check for an SMS bar. This
is not a common bar but it can be placed on her subscription should the need
arise.

so i'm guessing its not a network problem and just isolated two her phone.
i'll get her to phone anyway.
