Roaming charges

I've asked BT Mobile customer services [sic] 'What are the costs
associated with using a BT mobile telephone to make and receive calls
and texts from and to another BT mobile in France? Are any calls or
texts to or from France included in my monthly allowance?' and I've had
three different answers!

Anyone able to tell me what the costs are please?

For calling another BT Mobile which happens to be in France you would
pay the same rates as if the phone were in the UK (the roaming phone
would pick up the bulk of the costs)

For calls from France back to the UK you would have to ask BT Mobile.

Thanks for the response but, as I said in my original posting, I did and
I got three different answers...

Then maybe you should choose a different service provider?

I looked on their website and the nearest I could find to actual prices
was the following sentence:

Calls made whilst in the visited country will be based upon on the
visited GSM operators published tariffs and billing increments.

Which isn't terribly helpful.
