However since I got it and I clicked on to view it the stupid Orange site
gives this:
The 'view bill' service is currently unavailable. We apologise for any
inconvenience caused.
Please try again later.
And has done all week, any ideas?
It's never less than wobbly, but it worked fine for me when I d/l this
month's pdf on Sunday.
It's unreliable, but eventually works. I have my last 28 monthly bills
copied locally, and 24 of them were saved on the day after my billing
date.

Hi,
I spoke to a Tubby about this a month or so ago.
What she told me was actually correct (I did not believe her at the time)
One of the causes of this error, and is true in my case, when the Bill is
large (No. of pages) it gives you the error mentioned and sure enough it
always let me open Jans bill (6-7 pages) but has not let me open Dec or Feb
(10+ pages)
They are aware of the problem, and are "upgrading" the system, so hopefully
fingers crossed within a year or two they may correct this obviously very
easy to solve, problem

Hmm. Not true here. My Feb bill is 10 pages and my October bill was
11, and both of those have been saved OK.

The Orange website (and therefore any interactivity) is an absolute
disgrace, and Orange refuse to do anything about it. Vote with your feet.
Vodafone springs to mind as the only other alternative (albeit pricey)
