I've just received an email from ITAGG <http://www.itagg.com>. It
contained the following:

"Currently the highest amount that can be charged by way of a single
premium rate sms is GBP1.50. Very shortly however we will be offering
GBP3 and GBP5 shortcodes for both non-adult and adult related text
services."
I appreciate this is a useful way for companies to collect small
payments for services and products, and most of them are honest and
reputable.
However I would like to see the networks and mobile service providers
offer customers the ability to bar incoming premium rate text messages
as T-Mobile does.
