My current phone battery is not holding charge, it seems cheaper to go
for another PAYG phone than replace the battery. Can I just by another
PAYG phone and swap my existing SIM.

Thanks

Yes if the network provider is the same otherwise you'll need to get
it unlocked at a shop or send it off to an internet unlocker

You could do. Or you could do a PAYG upgrade and transfer your number etc
onto the sim which comes with the new orange phone, giving you a sim card
that can hold 200 names and numbers and 20 texts.

AFAIK you can buy it anywhere and upgrade. You could ring registrations on
0800 079 0006 just to make sure

You can buy it anywhere. Just make sure you say it is a pay as you go
upgrade when you're registering it via the above number.
