Well One 2 One seem very quick at giving out a PAC code. Emailed them
at 12:43 today and my PAC code was in my Inbox by 14:14.

Anyone else got one quicker?

What email address did you use? I was just gonna phone them for mine, but
I'll email instead then.

Hi

Actually I emailed them via their site there is a pull down menu and
you click where it says something like 'Questions about my phone or
account' you get an automated reply first with the real thing
following on.

I wonder if they would have been so efficient if it wansn't a semi-internal
port?

Had to get mine by post - I called them, they asked which network I
was going to and why I was leaving then they said they would have to
post it. Got a nice leaflet explaining their tarrifs which completely
missed the reason why I was leaving - to go to Just Talk on Orange
which is vastly cheaper than Cellnet monthly. The Cellnet Firsts thing
I got kept telling me I'd be better off on My Time Net 200 or
something but they didn't work out how much I would save if I was on a
PAYT tariff? Funny that.

Same here, PAC code over the phone, then a letter to confirm 2 days
later. o2o were less efficient on the day of the port, not releasing
the number until the following morning...even though Orange had
changed the temporary number to the o2o number i was porting.
