O2 seem to be blocking some stuff on their dial up, but I thought it was
only web access on port 80.

solely for WAP dial up. The number which we have now for Web access is
+447712932932, please note you may be best contacting your customer services
team regarding call charges for this number, and if it will be included as
inclusive minutes within your tariff."
