Hi
My brother has sent me a couple of media messages, with sound and
graphics. I don't have a phone that can receive these but instead get an
sms from O2 telling me to logon to my account and to view them online.
When I do that all I get are the message subject, date of receipt and
when it will expire but no actual message.

Any ideas what the problem is?

Assuming you have an MMS cpable phone (which you fail to state) then the
problem is that O2 don't have you down as owning an MMS phone, probably
because you have plopped an old SIM card into a new handset.

A call to customer service to activate MMS should see you right.

No I don't have an MMS phone. What happens is I get an SMS direct from
O2 saying I have received an MMS message and to view it I should log on
to my account at www.o2.co.uk and go to my Inbox. When I do there are 2
items in my Inbox, which show the number the messages are from along with
the subject and date. However the actual message is blank. I'll email
CS and see what they say.

Can someone confirm that media messaging receipt via the O2 site works
for them?
