buying at carphonewarehouse

Looking to buy a Samsung jet seem to selling at cfwh and subs for �199.
Most other dealers like play, Amazon etc are !00 ukp more expensive. All
seem to be unlocked although have to buy a card for 10ukp, which can be
binned. Am I missing something as normally Amazon are cheaper

Are you comparing PAYG offers with 'phone only' sales? CPW are selling
the handset for £319.95 at present

Presumably the phone companies expect enough income from those customers
who honour the PAYG offer to offset their losses from those who don't.
