go to their website, and go to help, and contact by email.....be prepared to
wait a little while, sometimes 24 hours, and then the answer might not be
quite what you expected....... be prepared for one sentence perhaps of
"reply" and the rest of the page automated info.

contracts get 0870 support, which is free if used from your o2 phone
and using the inclusive minutes.

That's what I got (no not the automated response the actual response was you To obtain your PAC code

you need to dial 0906 302 4445 where one of our dedicated advisors will be able to offer further
assistance.)

I think if you ring the top up thingy from your mobile you can get through to the support line for
free of you mess it up or something but can't remember the exact details.

When I wanted my PAC code, I had to phone the 09 number twice, when they
asked why I was leaving I said because it had cost me £6 to speak to
customer services. They didnt give me any reply to that

go to moneysavingexpert.com and you will find the same number I got when I
wanted to port my phone number from PAYG to online contract, I rang 02
themselves on an ordinary land line , look for saynoto0870

I got throught to Slough, In fact I have just checked, the number for
Slough is 01349885040

the numbers are there if you look for them, I NEVER NEVER EVER ring an 09
number, there is always an alternative, even if you ring the 0800 number to
find your local 02 shop, and ask them to sort queries for you! quite often
it doesnt need a call to customer services.
