LG U8110 data transfer

Hi,

call me Mr Thickie, but I cannot work out how to transfer photo/ video
from my new shiny LG U8110 phone on Three.

I've installed the PC Sync software which came with it, but this just
lets me synchronise with Outlook on my PC.

Anyone got any bright ideas?

You need to install the phone manager software, on the same CD.

Does anyone have problems with transferring data? My connection seems
to time out fairly often so I have a 3Mb best man's speech, I want,
stuck on my LGu8110 :/

I realised about 10 seconds after posting you had to install the Phone
Manager software.

That done, does anyone know why, when I disconnect the phone from PC,
the phone hangs every time.
- is there is firmware update from LG to fix this??

yes, you have V100 software.
There are 2 newer firmwares, V103 and V106.
Its hard getting to it though, 3 are a brick wall.

Thanks for the replies.

Someone emailed me -
If you turn on the "confirmation tone", the problem does not happen.

So now I switch to the "outdoor" profile, where I have this set on,
before doing any transfers.
