Ive noticed that o2 are doing cheap sims but do you have to credit the
card with £10 every month.

I want to use o2 occasionally in a twin sim environment when my
contract sim goes out of coverage.

If your talking about the free text sims then the answer is no you don't
have to credit £10 every month but if you don't top-up, you don't get the
free text. You can still make and receive calls if you have credit
available.

But you'll probably find that when you get below £10 credit you will
automatically be diverted to the top-up service when you try and make a
call, so effectively you have to keep a minimum balance of £10 on the card.

Mine's working fine with just £9 or so credit on it...?

Eh? That would mean you would be redirected to the top-up line the
*second* time you made a call as the first call would bring the balance
to below £10.
