Well apart for the lying B*s**d website, about fax and data, and the
remarkably poor coverage at home (can't use my phone in doors (unlike
vodafone) - signal too poor) and at longleat at the weekend, I'm tickled
pink !!

Fortunately OCS are free 24/7 on 0800 801080 from a landline,
so even if they aren't as helpful as they could be ?
It hasn't cost you anything

Chris if you are going to become a CSR at Orange or another Operator
(as witnessed in threads passim), then I would imagine you will get a
phone as part of the benefits package - unless you knew that and you
were just obscuring the real reason for your question.

Also pay no attention to the likes of Steve Terry in the thread
"Customer Services 'tubbies' ??", he seems to be behaving like some
sort of supremacist with a condescending tone towards blue-collar
workers (think about it Steve - these guys are hard working people and
I get the impression you've never been near a call centre)

Cheers,
Tom

I'm not going for the job anymore. I was asking the question because I
want to move to Orange prepay from O2 prepay and wondered if current
orange customers were happy with the service.

It's where the term "Tubby" for OCS staff came from,

You've got it wrong, it's not an insulting remark, it's a term or endearment,
on the Orange list we've always treated them like fond pets ;-)

John has told you where to find it
