Easymobile charge for 0871

Can anybody confirm what Easymobile charges for 0871 numbers?

Um, have you tried asking Easymobile? There are a number of different
tariffs within 0871 so you might have to specify the first three digits
after the 0871 to work out the chargeband. Or maybe not: I know Tesco do
all 0871 at 15p/min.

That wasn't very helpful, was it? But just to suggest if you ask them you
might want to specify which 0871 number(s) you wanted pricing.

Specifically I want to know the cost of a call to 0871 999 xxxx
(telediscount, etc). I'd rather find out from somebody who knows for
sure because they have called an 0871 number rather than trust customer
service of a mobile operator to give me accurate tarrif details....

I decided to ask Easymobile anyway and as expected I got the following
very uncertain answer....

"I am not able to give you a definite answer because this is not a
landline or mobile number."

"I believe it is a premium rate number."

"We guarantee all landline and mobile numbers are 15p except for
premium numbers or service numbers."

It's unlikely, I don't know of a tariff that includes 0871 numbers.

In fact, other than some O2 ones, very few currently-available tariffs
even include 0800, 0845 or 0870 numbers in the included bundle.
