Has anyone had any luck in getting MMS working on Vodafone?

I've gone to the Vodafone Live! website and had the correct
configurations SMSed to me. However, when sending an MMS, I get
"Unable to process request" around ten seconds after it's completed
uploading the message.

Unfortunately, no-one at CPW Ltd or Vodafone seems to be much help. In
fact, most of the stuff they said was discouraging, but I hope this
was from uninformed views rather than a solid "no" :

- Vodafone Live! will only be able on new handsets bought from
Vodafone since the launch (7650, Sharp & Samsung).
- A special SIM is required to access the service (I'd guess this has
the colour menus for the service stored and accessed from the main
menu). Hence - SIM-free phones, or phones from other nets, might not
work on Vodafone Live!
- People with handsets bought before Vodafone Live! went live, will
not be able to access the service. When attempting via WAP, according
to Voda CS, you'll get to the main menu, and then get a message saying
your phone doesn't support it (how's that - surely colour WAP is
colour WAP???)
- According to the news services, Vodafone Live! will support phones
with integrated cameras only. ie. not the T68i, which has a clip-on
camera. (However, I think what they mean is : Vodafone will only sell
integrated handsets, and will only support those new handsets that it
sells)
- Either way, if, like me, you have a T68/i, it's not good.

I also called CPW Ltd about the special SIM, and about MMS :
- There's no information at present. Information on Vodafone Live!
will only be available on 3rd or 5th November.
- No idea about MMS - wait for further details to be released

Overall, after looking forward to the launch, there's a frustrating
lack of info from all parties. The http://live.vodafone.com WAP site
is basically a reordered Vizzavi - no colour graphics, just the
addition of ringtones and background images at £2 a time, for all
those new users who aren't aware of the free sites.

To top it all off, "FIND + SEEK" now only gives venue details by SMS,
at 35p a time... Information is no longer free! On the plus side, this
could mean they might make GPRS WAP free in the near future (from
delivery-based billing to service-based billing).

Vodafone CS also mentioned an issue, in that if you were sold a
handset with the prospect of accessing Vodafone Live! or MMS, then you
could have an issue with the retailer - as your handset won't permit
this. Little chance of this, I guess, since the announcement was only
very recent.

All in all - not great.

MMS is working on vodafone ( and for free at present !) You need the
settings in the phone AND it enabled on your account . The easiest way is to
visit a voda store and they can do it for you, BUT there is up to a 48 hr
delay in it been activated.
That is assuming vodafone is your service provider , IF it is single point
they will not be able to place MMS on your account till the middle of
november ( well that is what they told my girlfriend)
