what is the best way of getting business ADSL
from BT direct via Openworld
or via another ISP eg demon
grateful for any recommendations
what is the process
new offices, no telecoms lines installed at all
thanks
rakesh
Their ordering system and customer service for the BT Openworld
business service are terrible.
Instead, use a dedicated ISP. They then place the order with BT and
you should be able to get installed within 7 days, if all is well.

Marcus
As far as I'm aware, EasyDSL is still the cheapest on the market for
Ethernet IP-Stream ADSL (http://www.uk.easynet.net).
Other providers you might want to look at are Nildram, Inweb and Demon
to name a few.

Just as long as you get a decent salesperson in the first place...
Nice to see someone recommending someone they don't work for! How come
BT people always say "we cannot recommend other ISPs"?
