FTP to PIPEX webspace

Anyone else having trouble logging into their PIPEX webspace:-

I'm using the same credentials that I've always used. No problem connecting to
ADSL or PIPEX webmail.

Mine has gone entirely - www.aoow94.dsl.pipex.com , unknown host in DNS now.

Earlier it was no longer mapped to my DSLSpace, but was instead pointing the
root folder of the Pipex DSLSpace server.

Something has gone seriously wrong! My guess is that they're migrating
DSLSpace to new servers and completely messed it up.

Thats putting it mildly. Now that you mention it, I did notice about two weeks
ago the root of my site had been changed. When I log into the webspace I have to
change dirs to /p/<apcg85>/.

You got a REPLY from Pipex?

quick - go out and buy a lottery ticket - sounds like your luck's in mate!

The only contact I ever got from Pipex was the payments department...

Their email turnaround is quite quick now, and the last time I had to
contact them about a billing issue I was talking to a human being in about 5
minutes.

I never had trouble contacting the people who wanted my money...it was that
other mythical beast that I sought - the fabled and most elusive Pipex
Technical Supporticorn....
