FTTP/H ?

Not really, they're what BT use for 10/100/1000Mbps ethernet over fibre
circuits i.e. "business class" leased lines, not "home" broadband.

And it's not really a modem but a protocol converter ,and you need 2 to
create a circuit .

I would be careful because it is probably still technically / legally
property of the carrier that first installed it ,unless you have bought
it off them.
