Hi...

I have just had Business 500 installed and have been given a user name in
the format of:

xxxxx...@hgxx.btclick.com

but how do I set up email and webspace access - assuming that this comes
with the package?

If I try logging on to the BTOpenworld website/email server/ftp server with
the user name and password it gives me a user not known error.

On the Openworld help pages it just says enter your username/pass to get
access but that obviously doesn't work.

Has anyone else on BT been given the same kind of username and managed to
get into the email, etc?

Peter

Your email address is xxxxx...@btclick.com (don't include the hgxx part -
thats only needed for your DUN)

The business portal is at http://www.btopenworld.com/business/

Hopefully, once logged in it will give you the details you want.

I believe the mail server is either smtp.btclick.com or mail.btclick.com

If you still have a problem log on to news.btopenworld com and ask for help
in the btopenworld.broadband.* newsgroups - I believe a few business users
read those (as well as or in preference to the business versions own news
server - news.btclick.com ?)

Regards
Sunil
