Does anybody have any info on any prospective broadband access in the
harrogate area, i know the area is covered by NTL, just not for cable
internet yet. Info (if there's any to be had) would be greatly appreciated.

I have a friend who is getting BT's ADSL in that area. I know the town
centre can get it.

Personally I would go with cable though as you will get much better customer
service.

Are you talking from personal experience. If so I wish it was mine.
The 'installer' was a complete twit & the support no's (you'll end up
using more than one off them) all lead to the 30-90 minutes queueing
system & when you get through to a 'real' person you'll get someone
who sounds very pleasant, who doesn't know what they're talking about
& who'll make promises they have no intention of keeping...

Heigh it sounds a lot like ADSL :-)
