Yep, got an IM window open all the time - never seen them online and messages
via that route go unanswered.

1. The whois address is listed as a PO Box. If you call the Post Office
(or is it Royal Mail) they'll tell you the actual address with which
the PO Box is associated. At that point you can make contact by letter.
2. You can try and see whether the registration authority (xoom)
or Nominet (www.nominet.org.uk) can help you by forwarding contact
requests. Nominet may be considerably helpful if you've a legal issue
that you are trying to resolve.
