Has anyone got a call back from Eurobell yet? If they go live on September
they aint gonna have many users unless they pull their finger out!
ShaneC
I rang them as I hadn't received the call back - the 0800 number given
on their website after posting the registration form was the wrong one
- I was given 0800 499 994 - rang that and was told they are not
accepting requests until Monday 2nd Sept. They reckon it will be
between 7-10 days after registration to have it all installed.

Can you provide some further details? I'll see if I can get this
investigated.

Hi Shane
If it re-occurs can you mail me some info, screenshots etc and I can dig
into what's causing it and get it sorted.
Thanks

The Telewest Eurobell site only references the 0.5Mbit service. Is the
1Mbit service available in the area too?
