I want to connect five branch offices spreaded across about 50 miles to my
company headquarters. I want to have a permanent connection between them, to
share a Internet connection and to change data, video and voice over my
enterprise WAN.
What is the cheaper solution without compromising the efficiency?
Can ADSL be a solution? Or would be better an E1 dedicated line? Or
Frame-Relay?
Thanks in advance.

ADSL is certainly a solution if your local exchanges will support it. We are
now doing this sort of thing for office to office and finding it quite
popular for speeds up to 34-mb.
Failing that, with 5 sites, frame relay would work well and should cost in
well compared to multiple leased lines.
> Can ADSL be a solution?
ADSL can work, using the Internet with a VPN. SDSL might
be more suited due to the balanced up/downstream rates.
Certainly ADSL/Internet/VPN would be the cheapest AO method,
or cable modems too - assuming your ISP doesn't prohibit VPN....
