Apologies for being slightly off topic.

Can anyone recommend a leased line provider? I'm after a decent ISP with a
good network and good customer service and good support (I know this may be
asking the impossible). One that actually returns your phone calls and
answers your e-mail would be good ;-)

Any ideas?

This is outside the M25, and no, ADSL is not an option here.

Try www.insnet.net
For the moment they are still offering leased lines (and just look at whose
network they are now part of).

If you are running really business critical stuff on the end of that
line, might it be an idea to become your own RIPE registry, get a range
and an AS number and multihome?

You can also do cool things with Cisco Distributed Directors if the
above is overkill. Drop me a line if you want me to explain more.

Kind Regards

Martin
