BT do a new product called BT Voyager 2000 - see www.btbroadband.com
However see my other posts on this product - some unanswered questions

The two I am looking at for my broadband connection I just got install
on Thursday is the D-Link airplus and Linksys one.

I am still deciding which one is better, I used to have the Linksys
(wired only version) in cardiff when I had broadband there. and with
a few (very few) freeze it work like a dream. Expect that if I was on
ICQ I could not send files with it for example. Latest version of
both from what I gather support UPNP which suppose to make that
easier.
anyway ppl here might be able to advice which of those two (or other
one is best.
Since I would be interested as well. My requirement is that it has to
be quite cheap (under £150), have UPNP, have wireless and wired, have
at least 3/4 ports. nice but not necessarily serial / parrelal. to
be used for Cable. (oh mental note just read your subject line you
area an ADSL user, hence do not know if those two routers will be any
good.), stable and most importantly, allow to send/receive files on
icq, IRC, video conference on MSN, etc..

to an "Etherenet Modem" that costs almost as much as a combined ADSL
Modem/Router so you may as well grab an "ADSL Router" with the features you
want and then just plug in a wireless access point.

For what it is worth, I have the Speedtouch 510 v4 (which is a UPNP
compliant ADSL router modem with 4 ports. On one of the spare ports I
have attached the D-Link Airplus DWL 900AP+ and put the 650+ PCMCIA
card in the laptop.
All work absolutely perfectly. I can send voice / audio / and files
over MSN from any PC.
Total cost was:
Speedtouch: £138 + VAT
DLink Access Point and PCMCIA card: £130 + VAT
Total cost £268 + VAT = £315, a little more than then the £300 budget
originally mentioned - but you get the best of all worlds. A UPNP
network together with a 22MB/s wireless network

One tip - unless your desktop PCs already have a PCMCIA adapter fitted, you
will probably get better 'bangs per buck' with a USB wireless adapter.
When I looked ther weren't PCI WiFi cards - just adapters with PCMCIA cards
in.
There is the added bonus with USB that you can move the receiver around to
find the best signal, away from all your electronics, and even fix it too
the wall.
Works for us.
