I need to dial an 0844 number from my Orange contract mobile. According to
the price guide it looks like it costs 10p/min.

Is there a dialthrough provider who will connect to 0844 numbers or am I
better looking for rocking horse ****?

TIA.

There are Skype phones, and for an unlocked phone a free SIM.
There seems to be (as usual) a range of plans, but don't think
it will work out much cheaper to 0844 numbers, but if you go
abroad or call abroad there could be savings.

Ta. BTDT. Frayed knot.

<thinks>

Unless there is a inclusive dialthrough that allows 0800 calls?

<considers that question>

Just how stupid is our telco market?

One notch less stupid than its customers, usually.

Both numbers still work, I have been using them recently to dial 0800
numbers from my mobile.
