Exactly how do BT work out the messages given by this service. I am
told 'I may be able' to get bb whereas folks that I know are a little
further down the line are told 'they should be able' to? Is it just
worked out roughly on a radius distance from the exchange, or is some
attempt made to estimate your actual line length?
